What attracts human the most? Food, sex and danger -- said the psychologists. These 3 very basic things are the most important elements that help our ancestors survive. For my design, I am using the Christmas related food to attract customers. Why would I choose food? Because our target audience is customer in the shopping mall. After checking shops for one hour without stop, they would love to have some snacks and drinks. Actually, in many shopping area, you can always find cafes and restaurants for the same reason. The Christmas tree is decorated with elements with shape of star anise, which is an important ingredient of Christmas cookies. When customers are outside, they can already smell a delightful sweet smell from the tree, since someone is baking cookies inside. The customers are curious! They decided to go inside to have a look. And guess what? Santa Claus is baking cookies inside! Some small service robots are dressing like elves and serving the fresh cookies and glühwein. With a self order machine, customers can order a drink and some cookies. After they pay, they can play a lucky wheel game on the screen. In this game, everyone has the chance to win a coupon for buying Christmas presents. The discount is depend on the prize. After the customers ordered, they can take a seat and wait. A robot elf will bring your drink and snack to you!
