To promote knowledge sharing during the generational transition and close knowledge gaps, STRABAG relies on innovative and digital solutions that are seamlessly integrated into working time. The approach is bottom-up to ensure that knowledge comes organically from the teams. Two main categories are addressed: driving knowledge sharing and ensuring knowledge is available for transfer.
